Here is a posting from the AFTD Facebook page, requesting participation in a survey. I just did it and it is quick, took under 5 minutes.
“Help FTD caregiver needs to be represented. Please take just 3 minutes to answer 25 straightforward questions in this international survey.

The Connecticut Frontotemporal Dementia Foundation support group meeting is for caregivers, families and friends. You can bring your loved one and Arden Courts staff provides respite care in a separate room.
About an hour from the Norwalk area. Well worth the trip. A great group of people.
This meeting will be in two parts, the first half will be a presentation by Rebekah Wilson from Arden Courts on the stages and progression of FTD and the second will be the support group.
For those who may not feel comfortable at the support group, you are welcome to attend the informative session and leave before the support group portion.
