Caregiver Survey – Request from the AFTD

Here is a posting from the AFTD Facebook page, requesting participation in a survey. I just did it and it is quick, took under 5 minutes.

“Help FTD caregiver needs to be represented. Please take just 3 minutes to answer 25 straightforward questions in this international survey.

The National Reference Centre for Alzheimer’s and Dementia care in Salamanca, Spain, has developed a survey for caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s or other dementias in order to know the status of home care worldwide. All data is anonymous. The survey is in English. (If it does not load properly at first, please refresh your screen.)”

About an hour from the Norwalk area. Well worth the trip. A great group of people.

This meeting will be in two parts, the first half will be a presentation by Rebekah Wilson from Arden Courts on the stages and progression of FTD and the second will be the support group.

For those who may not feel comfortable at the support group, you are welcome to attend the informative session and leave before the support group portion.
